ESR Property Management specializes in managing condominium and cooperative units in New York City on behalf of foreign and domestic absentee owners. We handle all aspects of, but not limited to, renovations, maintenance, tenant placement and bill payment. We are experts at interacting in fiduciary capacities with board and building management, as well as city and state tax authorities – and recommend improvements to properties and systems.

Management services include but are not limited to the following:
- Assessment of rents, if applicable
- Collection of all tenant fees and rents
- Recording and communication of all transactions and developments
- Tenant relations
- Quick response to and resolution of all maintenance complaints and requests
- Generation of both monthly and annual income statements
- Monitoring and payment of association fees
- Leasing, collection of security deposits and maintenance of tenant escrow account for security deposits
- Maintaining strict compliance with local housing and building laws and regulations, along with building and board rules and requirements
- Coordination of all refurbishment – i.e. cleaning, painting, plastering, resurfacing, floor renovations.
- Consulting and coordination of property improvements to increase value
- Liaison with board and building associations and staff
